Rotary District 4250 Conference 2024

The 29th Annual Rotary District Conference was held in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye this year from April 25-27, 2024.

Avant Garde was a proud sponsor of this year’s conference, providing web and audiovisual solutions.

We began the first stages of development along with the conference committee in 2023. The website features the conference agenda, speaker profile pages, information on transport and accommodations for international attendees, and a registration and payment gateway developed in partnership with Atlantic Bank Limited.

As a bilingual event, the site needed to have language translation capabilities. We brought this to life with a Spanish and English version of the website.

Our team attended the conference and provided professional photography, capturing shots of the opening ceremonies, plenary sessions, and round tables.

The event was streamed live on Facebook via the Rotary Conference Belize page. The Avant Garde team spearheaded the live stream with our camera and PA system set-up, and technical expertise.

We were enlisted to produce a series of videos played throughout the conference. These included memorial videos and short transition animations.

Avant Garde was honored to be integral to bringing the district conference to life.
