International Women in Conservation Summit

The International Women in Conservation Summit (IWIC) amplifies women’s leadership, shares innovative solutions, and builds the partnerships needed to create lasting conservation impact.

Sea of Life entrusted our team to deliver comprehensive audiovisual and technical event support for their 2-day IWIC Summit at Old Belize, ensuring a seamless experience for presenters, attendees, and organizers across multiple event spaces.

Our scope of work included the setup and management of projection screens, projectors, PA systems, and full technical coordination for both the main conference room and an additional breakout room. We also provided presentation management and on-site technical assistance to ensure smooth transitions between speakers and sessions throughout the event.

To capture the experience, our team delivered professional photography and videography services, documenting key moments, presentations, and audience engagement. Through reliable technical execution and attentive event support, we helped create a professional and engaging environment that allowed Sea of Life to focus on delivering a successful IWIC conference experience.
