Refund Policy
For recurring monthly services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the service agreement. No partial refunds will be issued for services already billed or partially completed during the current billing period.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice 15 days prior to cancelation date. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid in full. Refunds will not be provided for work already performed.
